Boo! and darn . . .

N53725, this upside down Cessna 172 was once mine. I sold it in 2004. Since then she has had a few different owners. On this training flight, while practicing take offs and landings, the engine apparently quit on short approach to Kahului airport. The pilot chose to ditch in a pond short of the runway. The plane flipped on landing. There were three people in the plane and all got out with no injuries!
